Drone Photography and Videography can go a long way in real estate.  Sometimes a house sits on a piece of land that just can’t be showcased fully by the standard wide-angle lens.  A drone can give you a vantage point that really shows the full character of the house and property in full.

Take this house for example — a secluded, waterfront offering in Riva, MD.  The pictures for this house’s listing were stunning, and the interior of the house looked fabulous.  However, I felt that prospective buyers would not be able to fully grasp just how special this house/property were without shots from the air.  

I took it upon myself to fix this problem, and these are the shots that I walked away with.  There is also a short video below that I feel helps add even further depth to this listing (keep in mind I was working with a very limited time budget here, so I don’t feel that the video is in fact my best work).
